"Which printer is best" has no answer until it's clear what and how much you print. Let's break it down by class.
Up to 500 Pages a Month
Home tasks and micro-offices. A compact A4 laser printer with no extra features will do. Choose inkjet only if you need color graphics — with infrequent printing, ink dries out.
500-3,000 Pages a Month
A small office of 3-10 people. You need a monochrome A4 MFP with a speed of 25-35 ppm, duplex, and an ADF. A network interface is essential so the device isn't tied to a single computer.
3,000-15,000 Pages a Month
A workgroup or department. A device with 40+ ppm, two trays, and high-capacity cartridges. Cost per page becomes critical here: a difference of just a few tenge per page adds up to tens of thousands per year.
Over 15,000 Pages a Month
Production class: a paper cabinet, a finisher, consumables rated for tens of thousands of pages. This kind of equipment is bought together with a service contract — downtime costs more than servicing.
The Main Mistake
Buying a device that's a tight fit for your load. If the manufacturer states a recommended volume of 2,000 pages and you print exactly 2,000, the equipment will run at its limit and fail quickly. Get a 2-3x margin.
