Integrated solutions

Who printed, what it cost
and who answers when it stops

A single MFP solves the problem of one room. When there are several locations and some documents are confidential, you need infrastructure: hardware, a software platform, integration with your access and accounting systems, and scheduled servicing. We put all of it together and answer for the result under one contract.

5 steps
from audit to ongoing support
1 contract
hardware, software, supplies and service
SLA
guaranteed engineer response time
Pilot
one department first, then scale

What can be built around your task

The scenarios combine: most companies start with card printing and accounting, then add servicing and scanning.

SafeQ · access control

Follow-me printing with an employee card

The problem
Printouts sit in the tray until somebody collects them: documents go missing and some jobs are never picked up at all.
How it is solved
The job goes into a shared queue and prints only after the employee taps their pass on the device. The same cards used for building access work here — no separate credential is needed.
The result
Documents never sit unattended, and unclaimed jobs are never printed at all.
Accounting

Print accounting by department and project

The problem
Spending is visible only as a single figure at the end of the month, with no way to break it down by department.
How it is solved
Every job is recorded against an employee, a department and a device. Reports can be exported for any period, and limits can be set where needed.
The result
You can see exactly where the budget goes, and you have something solid to plan with.
Security

Document protection when printing and scanning

The problem
Confidential documents end up in shared trays and shared folders.
How it is solved
Printing only after authentication, an operations log, rules for restricted documents and copy marking.
The result
For every document you can see who printed or scanned it, and when.
Outsourcing

Turnkey fleet management

The problem
Equipment from different generations, consumables bought urgently and piecemeal, and downtime you have to sort out yourself.
How it is solved
We take on the hardware, the consumables and engineer visits under an agreed response time. Payment is tied to the actual print volume.
The result
One contract and a predictable budget instead of a dozen one-off purchases.
Standardisation

Standardising the fleet

The problem
The offices run devices from different brands, each with its own consumables, drivers and service rules.
How it is solved
We measure the real workload at each site and select the smallest set of models that covers every task. The transition is done in stages.
The result
Fewer part numbers in stock and one service routine for every location.
Document workflow

Scanning into your business systems

The problem
Scans are sorted into folders and renamed by hand.
How it is solved
Scanning from the device panel straight into the right folder, mailbox or business system, with text recognition and sensible file names.
The result
A paper document reaches the system in one press.

How it works

We do not sell a box and disappear: we do the maths before the rollout, then support and adjust based on the reports.

  1. 01

    Audit

We review the fleet, volumes and current costs at each site.

  2. 02

    Design

We propose the solution and calculate the cost of ownership.

  3. 03

    Pilot

We deploy it in one department or at one site.

  4. 04

    Rollout

We scale up, train your staff and hand over the procedures.

  5. 05

    Ongoing support

We service under an SLA and adjust based on the reports.

Let us do the maths before anything is signed

A fleet audit and a total cost of ownership calculation — before any contract is signed. We will look at how much you print today and what it costs, and show what would change.

We work with legal entities by bank transfer. Equipment is supplied to order: we issue the invoice once the vendor confirms the price and lead time.
