We take on the jobs others will not touch. A deep understanding of equipment architecture lets us do more than repair machines — we eliminate downtime on your production floor altogether.
Pick what is happening with your machine — we will show the cause, the fix and the timeline.
Jams at the output
Toner smears and rubs off
Fuser unit repair
We replace the fuser film, Teflon and pressure rollers, restore the thermistor and heater connectors, reset the life counter and run a warm-up test.
Stripes on the page
Pale or dirty print
Drum unit refurbishment
We replace the drum, wiper blade and corotron, clean the hopper and restore the contacts — instead of buying a whole assembly at the price of a new one.
The machine will not power on
Freezes, does not see the network or trays
Formatter board repair
BGA chip reballing, EEPROM and NAND replacement with programmer flashing, restoration of power circuits and interfaces.
Blurry text, skewed geometry
Laser scanner units (LSU)
We strip the unit, clean the mirrors and lenses, replace the polygon motor bearings, realign the optics and calibrate density.
Jams and stripes when scanning
ADF (document feeder) cleaning
We clean and, if worn, replace the pickup rollers and separation pad, wipe the glass and scanning strip, and calibrate the sheet-detection sensors.
Fog and streaks along the sheet
Laser unit cleaning
We remove and blow out the unit, clean the mirrors, lenses and exit window of toner dust, and check the polygon motor and its bearings.
Dots and spots on prints
Waste toner container cleaning
We empty the container, clean the augers, seals and fill sensor, and remove spilled toner from the paper path and transfer belts.
Colour drifts, registration wanders
Setup and calibration
We set up colour profiles, geometry and registration, create a profile for every paper type and weight, align the trays and train operators to reproduce the result.
We need print accounting and billing
Software installation and rollout
We roll out corporate print management: badge and QR authentication, quotas and accounting by department and project, automated billing, 24/7 fleet monitoring, and integration with AD/LDAP and 1C.
One-off visit
from 15 000 ₸
We come out for a specific fault, with no contract or future commitments.
Service contract
Per fleet
A fixed monthly fee, priority call-outs and a replacement unit during complex repairs. Scheduled maintenance instead of reacting to breakdowns.
Cost-per-copy contract
Per print
You pay per printed page, not for parts and call-outs. Consumables, repairs and maintenance are on us; the budget follows print volume.
So that expectations match reality, here is how a call-out works and what it covers.
Response time
We reply within two hours during working hours and agree a time for the engineer to come.
What a call-out covers
Travel, on-site diagnostics and a verdict on the cause. If the fault can be fixed on the spot without a spare part, we fix it right away.
Cost of work
Quoted after diagnostics and before any work starts. Nothing is dismantled or replaced without your approval.
When a repair is temporary
If a unit has reached the end of its life, cleaning and reassembly buy time rather than solve the problem. We say so immediately and name the part that needs replacing. A repeat call for the same cause is a matter of replacing the unit, not of repair quality.
Warranty
On the installed part when it is an original spare. On the labour according to its scope, which is recorded in the call-out report.
What to prepare
Access to the machine, the page counter, the error code and, if possible, a printout showing the defect. This shortens diagnostics noticeably.
If you already know what you need, order the part without calling an engineer. Give the machine model and part number, or describe the unit in your own words.
