About Us

We don't just sell hardware.
We build infrastructure
that works for your business 24/7.

We operate in the Kazakhstan market: we supply printing and post-press equipment, service and maintain equipment fleets, provide consumables, and keep a stock of spare parts so that your equipment keeps printing instead of waiting for repairs.

Response Time

An engineer will come to you or connect remotely to resolve the issue.

Spare Parts Availability

We keep frequently needed parts and consumables in stock.

Years of Experience

We fix even the most unusual printing defects.

Transparency

No upselling. We only replace what actually needs replacing.

How We Work

Human Approach

We build long-term relationships with clients based on trust and mutual understanding.

Reliability

We guarantee service quality and full compliance with all agreements.

Comprehensive Solutions

We solve tasks of any complexity by offering optimal solutions.

Print House, Almaty

9 floors, 14 departments, 63 devices

The task
Restricted documents were printed to shared trays in the corridors. Anyone could pick up someone else's printout, and there was no way to tell who printed what — which became a problem during audits.
What we did
We rolled out card-based printing: the job goes into a shared queue and is released only when the employee taps their pass on the device. We used the same cards as for building access — no new credentials were issued. We set up an operations log and per-department reports.
The result
Documents no longer sit unattended. Every printout is traceable to an employee, a device and a time. Unclaimed jobs expire after 24 hours and are never printed.

Corporate Office, Astana

11 branches, 78 devices, 6 brands

The task
The fleet had grown over years: six brands, each with its own consumables, drivers and service contractors. Supplies were bought urgently and piecemeal, and the print budget came down to a single line at the end of the month.
What we did
We audited every branch and measured the real workload of each device. We replaced the fleet with two models instead of six, moved servicing and supplies onto a single contract with a fixed response time, and switched on per-branch accounting.
The result
One set of consumables for the whole network instead of dozens of part numbers. Consumption is visible branch by branch, and budgeting is no longer guesswork.

Government Institution

A0 plotter, 2 A3 MFPs, 40 workstations

The task
Drawings were taken to a copy shop to be printed: half a day lost on every batch and the risk of the project leaving the office. Before a project handover this turned into a scramble, and one failed print meant a postponed approval.
What we did
We installed a wide-format plotter and set up printing straight from the designers' workstations. We added our emergency printing service as insurance in case the equipment fails on handover day.
The result
Drawings are printed in the office in minutes and never leave the organisation. There was one failure on a peak day — we printed the run at our site and delivered it before the meeting began.

Logistics Center, Shymkent

SRA3 digital press + a four-module finishing line

The task
Short runs went to a print house: a minimum order, a queue and a three-day wait for a batch of booklets. Urgent client changes meant starting the cycle again, and cutting and creasing were finished by hand in the evenings.
What we did
We built a closed line: an SRA3 digital press, an automatic cutter, a creaser, a laminator and a perfect binder. We trained the operators and handed over the maintenance procedures.
The result
A run of booklets is produced in-house in a few hours, finishing included. Client changes no longer cost three days.

«The warehouse no longer stalls because of a broken printer. Waybill printing runs like clockwork, even at night.»

verified expertise

43 valid engineer certificates

Your machines are serviced by engineers trained by the manufacturer, not by «jacks of all trades». A certificate is clearance for a specific product line, and it is not granted once and for all.

Your warranty stays valid

Work follows the vendor’s procedure rather than improvisation — which is decisive for equipment under warranty.

Original parts and firmware

We have access to service documentation and genuine parts, not to aftermarket substitutes.

Diagnosis on the first visit

The engineer knows your model, not «printers in general» — so the cause gets found rather than guessed at.
